Overview
This project posed two challenges:
1. Keep the existing building intact and operational while building the new building within five feet of the outside wall of the old building and
2. Preserving a conservation and native growth protection area.
Both were successfully accomplished.
The new facility incorporates high ceilings, natural light through extensive glass and designer light fixtures.
After the construction of the new building, the old one was demolished and the basement of it filled in. The parking lot was then completed, all without customer disruption.
