Paul Talbott Partner
Paul Talbott has 31 years of experience in the construction industry. He began as a laborer, working for a high-end custom home builder. He spent eight years in the residential market and worked into a position of superintendent before moving to the commercial market in 1985. After seven years as a superintendent of tenant improvement projects, Paul started his own company. TCI Inc. General Contractors was incorporated in 1993 with a focus on tenant improvements. Fourteen years and hundreds of successful projects later, Paul maintains a hands-on approach. He still maintains responsibility for the allocation of manpower, frequent job visits and an active involvement in quality control.

Norm Jacobson Partner
Norm has spent thirty (30) years in the construction industry in the greater Puget Sound area. He began his career in high-end, residential home building and started commercial general contracting in 1985. Norm has worked for clients in WA, OR, CA, AZ, HI, London and Berlin and his experience includes banking facilities, retail, corporate office, office/ warehouse, medical and dental facilities. He is involved with Washington Women In Need, Overlake Service League and Compassion International.

Lyle Diediker Project Manager
Lyle brings over 30 years of experience with commercial, State, and Government contract work completing ground-up construction of energy efficient barracks facilities, sensitive compartment information facilities (SCIF), commercial tenant improvements, and design-build of groundwater treatment facilities. His experience includes managing construction of banking facilities and high-rise office spaces. Recently Certified Estimating Professional (CEP) through the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACEI), Lyle has been key personnel for project controls on high-level Government projects.

David Tamm Project Manager
Dave has over twenty-five years of experience in the construction industry. He has an extensive career history of successful projects in Washington, Arizona and Hawaii, most of which have been extremely unique in nature and finish. Some of Dave's projects have included various Eddie Bauer retails stores, Son of Heaven Art Exhibit at Seattle Center, Museum of History & Industry, Dole Cannery renovation Honolulu, HI, Whalers Cove Condominium renovation, Kauai, HI and The Ponds at Punaluu Assisted Living Center, Punaluu, HI.

Jim Heggenstaller Project Manager
Jim has been involved in the construction industry for over 25 years. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management Degree from the University of Washington. As a third generation Project Manager, Jim has gained in-depth experience in large ground up multi-family and mixed use projects. Jim has also been involved in the fast paced retail TI sector, with experience in medical, legal, food service and government tenant improvement projects throughout the Puget Sound Region and Eastern Washington. Some of Jim's projects include Boeing LTD Classroom Addition and Decal Shop Modifications Renton, WA, Boeing 4.04 Office Refurbish, Renton, WA and Retail Build-Out BRE Aviara Mixed Use Mercer Island, WA.
