Paul Talbott Partner
Paul Talbott has 31 years of experience in the construction industry. He began as a laborer, working for a high-end custom home builder. He spent eight years in the residential market and worked into a position of superintendent before moving to the commercial market in 1985. After seven years as a super-intendent of tenant improvement projects, Paul started his own company. TCI Inc. General Contractors was incorporated in 1993 with a focus on tenant improvements. Fourteen years and hundreds of successful projects later, Paul maintains a hands-on approach. He still maintains responsibility for the allocation of manpower, frequent job visits and an active involvement in quality control.
Norm Jacobson Partner
Norm has spent thirty (30) years in the construction industry in the greater Puget Sound area. He began his career in high-end, residential home building and started commercial general contracting in 1985. Norm has worked for clients in WA, OR, CA, AZ, HI, London and Berlin and his experience includes banking facilities, retail, corporate office, office/ warehouse, medical and dental facilities. He is involved with Washington Women In Need, Overlake Service League and Compassion International.
Bob Schupp Project Manager
Bob has spent over thirty (30) years in the construction industry in the greater Puget Sound area. He began his career in high-rise office buildings in Seattle’s CBD, where he learned Building Systems and Operations and all phases of General Contracting for tenant improvement construction. Over the past fifteen (15) years Bob has concentrated his efforts on managing tenant improvements. He enjoys working in a team environment and takes pleasure in assisting tenants design and build effective work environments.
David Tamm Project Manager
Dave has over twenty-five years of experience in the construction industry. He has an extensive career history of successful projects in Washington, Arizona and Hawaii, most of which have been extremely unique in nature and finish. Some of Dave's projects have included various Eddie Bauer retails stores, Son of Heaven Art Exhibit at Seattle Center, Museum of History & Industry, Dole Cannery renovation Honolulu, HI, Whalers Cove Condominium renovation, Kauai, HI and The Ponds at Punaluu Assisted Living Center, Punaluu, HI.
Brian Howard Project Manager
Brian has 23 years of construction experience beginning on the east coast in Virginia Beach, Va. and relocating to the west coast in Seattle eleven years ago. The largest part of his career has been spent working on retail and mid / high-rise tenant improvements but he also has experience with small shell projects. In his spare time, his hobby is building cabinets for family and friends when he’s not coaching his daughter's soccer teams.
Paul Lund Project Manager
Paul has a professional degree from Palmer College and over twenty years as a practicing health care provider in Washington State. With his experience as a business owner working with patients and employees, he brings a unique perspective to construction of medical office spaces and environments as well as other commercial office applications.
