Full scale Tenant Improvement for a two Doctor Dental clinic including 10 operatories, sterilization, medical gas delivery and digital X-ray.

Dental specific requirements including custom casework, 1 hour construction at the gas/equipment rooms, water/gas/air suction at all Operatory chairs.

Finishes included Bamboo Operatory floors, upgraded ceiling tiles, custom carved glass wall panels, extensive use of slate floor and wall tile in addition to "water wall" features.

Coordination with all medical equipment providers.
