Norm has been in the local construction industry since 1977.  He has worked on numerous projects out-of-state for customers such as Costco, Eddie Bauer, Tommy Bahama, Swarovski and others.  He has been responsible for 100,000’s of SF of office space construction.

He has led many medical and dental tenant improvements primarily in WA but also in CA.  He has negotiated, been part of the design team and led the construction builds for Medicare Approved Ambulatory Surgery Centers and AAAHC approved surgery centers in the greater Puget Sound.

Norm is currently involved with TCI’s corporate planning, financial sustainability and mentoring the younger stakeholders.
