Dusty has worked for TCI since 2007, working summers throughout high school and college and full time from 2013 to present. He has been in charge of pre-construction, estimating, project management, and cost control services on tenant improvements for his clients since then.
Dusty has been an owner at the company since 2022 and is now the President of TCI Inc. He maintains relationships with his primary clients and continues to serve in a project management role. Dusty’s other focus’s involve project procurement and business development as well as future growth opportunities and strategy.

Dusty continues to strive for acquiring quality talent throughout TCI and ensuring project success and client relations. He has continued involvement in all of TCI’s projects, maintaining manpower needs and general big picture project support.

In his free time Dusty is an avid woodworker and steel fabricator bringing custom projects and furniture pieces to life.
