Overview

Update 1960’s vintage commercial building and give it an entirely new & updated look while preserving the character of the surrounding buildings and neighborhood.

Removed all existing building components except the floor joists and first floor exterior walls.

Remove and install a higher roof structure, install new second floor exterior walls and seismic upgrades.

Modernized windows, doors, roofing, HVAC, fire sprinklers, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Installed clear cedar siding, Montana Ledgestone veneer and an elevator.

Chesmore Buck Architects is the tenanton the first floor.
